The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with beautiful views and friendly, attentive staff. The accommodation also boasts excellent swim-up rooms and impressive facilities including pools and a water park.

My honest review food brilliant cant fault it there good choice my dauters a picky but always found something good to eat at this hotel waiting staff brilliant hakky looked after us the entire holliday offered to bring our drinks to the table not just us the whole restaurant he looked after he has a heart of gold and really knows his job well the cleaners from block 4 kept our room clean every day with out fail she and she was also honest we had changed rooms to a pool room upgrade and left out memory stick full of family photos and she brought it down to our new room for us the manager from reception was really understanding we wanted a pool and he sorted us a pool my little girl has autism and likes her own space he made her so happy we paid extra to up grade but thats what we wanted and a big thank you to the reception manager for making my little girl so happy at such short notice for a room change it made our Holliday complete we had a fantastic holliday alll the staff were lovely honest hard working people all the tui reps were really good as well kids entertainment was fantastic well done keep it up we could not fault this hotel this is the best Holliday we have ever been on and we hope to come back really soon thank you to all the staff for making this the best Holliday that we have ever experienced when we do come back we will be booking asking for anther pool room will deffently see you all again soon and a big shout out to the amazing security who keep the hotel safe the hotel is very safe for family's and the pools are very clean thank you to all the pool cleaners every night the pools are cleaned we cant wait to be back from graham toni and sabrina

This was our second year staying at the hotel. Overall, we’ve appreciated many aspects of the place — the rooms are fresh, clean, and spacious. There are two nice pool areas, a wide variety of food options, and great evening entertainment for kids. The hotel staff has been generally friendly and helpful, and it’s clear that the hotel aims to be family-friendly. However, during this visit, we decided to try the spa for the first time — and what happened there was deeply disturbing. One of the women in our group was sexually harassed by a man inside the spa. When we reported the incident, the hotel’s only suggested “solution” was for us to go file a police report — essentially expecting us to spend the rest of our vacation running between police stations, while they distanced themselves from the situation. Although the hotel claims that everything happening on their premises is their responsibility, they pushed all blame onto the spa. The spa personnel not only refused to take responsibility — they tried to buy our silence and even defended the man who harassed our guest. This response was completely unacceptable. A hotel that promotes itself as safe and family-friendly should take immediate and active responsibility for incidents of this magnitude, especially when they involve guest safety. Despite the hotel’s many good qualities, this incident overshadowed our entire stay. We left feeling disappointed, unsupported, and shocked by how poorly the situation was handled. Until the hotel and its partners take full responsibility and implement real safeguards, we cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone — especially not to women traveling alone or with family.
